Use Steps
1. Clean your face
2. Insert one end of the data cable into the output port of the controller and the other end into the power interface of the phototherapy pad;
3. Pass the mask’s retractable straps through;
4. Put on the mask and ensure that there is no obstruction to your eyes. Adjust the length of the telescopic strap to the appropriate position by pulling the strap to adjust the fit and comfort of the mask to your face.
5. Press and hold the on/off button of the controller to turn on;
Press the nose bridge of the mask from the outside inward to ensure that the eyes are not exposed to light.
6. Short-press the M key to select the treatment mode and start phototherapy;
7. Short-press the on/off button to select the treatment time. The indicator light flashes at the TIME position of the controller. Each light represents 5 minutes. Select the treatment time you need. The time selection is completed after the indicator light flashes 5 times.
8. When the treatment time is completed, the instrument automatically shuts down;
Use wet wipes to wipe the mask and store it after cleaning.

I like it. The controller is easy to use. I feel like the lights are powerful, face for sure gets warm. It’s comfortable to lie down on the side with it (I use it the first thing when I wake up right after the alarm rings, before getting out of bed. Or before bed time). I will test at home if it’s for sure the red color as in the advertised nm range. For running errands around the house – maybe there should be another strap at the bottom for it to get closer to the skin for maximum benefit, but it’s good as it is
