Processing Time

The processing time begins on the date you place your order. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Once we’ve processed it, we can then ship it.

Shipping Time and rules

choose the most suitable shipping method for customers to ensure the order will be delivered fast and safely. Please make sure that you provide the correct contact information and shipping address as they are very important for delivery. Please note that the delivery time does not include delays caused by holidays, natural disasters, carriers, etc.

■Due to COVID-19, all packaging must undergo strict quality control and disinfection processes before leaving the factory to make sure we’re keeping all our customers safe. This may cause some delays in the dispatch and shipping time.
■Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
■Please take attention that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted for Express Shipping.
■Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

In certain cases, your order may be fulfilled by multiple suppliers or warehouses. Consequently, you may receive separate packages for different items within the same order. Each package will have its own tracking number.
