Decided to use these yesterday on a high flood/wind day. I wore them over my Balenciaga sock sneakers and felt nothing, kept me dry. I would be more comfortable if it covered my entire foot as the M was supposed to fit up to a 10 and I am an 8. I give 5 stars, I kept me dry, just order next size up!
