Delivery was quick, after an initial logistics problem. The phone is indeed “chonky”, especially when paired with a protective case. The phone does not seem to have a secondary protective glass layer installed, so i have ordered a bunch from another source. This is odd, as my previous bv9800 did come with one pre-installed. The 9800 still works well, but it does not have volte to my carrier’s satisfaction, and they no longer support 3g. Therefore i have purchased this bv8900. Transfer of contacts etc from the old to the new phone was painless using a c to c usb cable, although i still have to get the ring tones right. The phone is responsive, and sound is very clear. Installation of a 1 tb sd chip went easily, and the network connected without issue. The blackview doke overlay on the andoroid 13 so far is working well, and i have been able to install from the android play store. So far, all is good and i am very happy.

The phone arrived in Moscow a couple of weeks ago. Well, what can I say, BV is as excellent as always. I’ve been using the BV9500 pro for almost six years. BV8900, in my opinion, matches the 9500pro the most. Very satisfied. I do not accept models with a battery capacity below 10000Ah.
